We’ve taken the time to provide some general information and answers to a few questions we get asked all the time in the hope that it helps make your experience with us more blissful!

Proof of Purchase
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your order and a confirmation number. Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase – just in case.

Our Pricing
All prices in our store are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST (unless otherwise specified).

Postage/Delivery
We send orders anywhere in Australia and all over the world!
In Australia, we usually use Registered Australia Post. This service offers tracking and insurance. You can use your tracking id to follow your order here: www.auspost.com.au/track  If you need to confirm that this service is being used, please contact us in advance.
For an additional fee, at the checkout you can select Platinum Express Post within Australia. Please note that the Platinum Express Post service offers insurance and tracking, but only offers next business day delivery in certain geographical locations of Australia. Please check the Australia Post website for more information: www.auspost.com.au

Cost of Delivery
Postage starts from $5.50 for Registered Australia Post (including tracking & insurance up to $100) within Australia.
The total cost of postage for your order will appear in your shopping cart.

International customers should contact us to confirm shipping costs before an order is placed. Please email us sales@mynaturalbliss.com.au 
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to package and ship orders within 48 hours under usual circumstances. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be postage delays at times.

I need my order urgently - can you help?
We take special care to package and ship within 48 hours and we post by Registered Australia Post. If you require your order urgently, please advise us and we will do our best to meet your request.

If you are in Australia, you may select and pay for Platinum Express Post for which Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to certain post codes in Australia - insurance up to $100 is also provided.  Please check if your post code is within Australia Post's Platinum Express Network for delivery before you order with this option.

We endeavour to post within 48 hours of payment clearing, unless otherwise stated.

Is my order insured once it leaves My Natural Bliss?
Yes - for Australian Residents your order insured up to $100. We generally post by Registered Australia Post or Platinum Express Post in Australia unless you request otherwise. We take special care to package and ship within 48 hours. Please contact us if you require further information on insurance or if you are an international customer.

How do I pay?
We accept Direct EFT or Paypal. Credit cards are accepted via Paypal. If you wish to pay by another means, please email us.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns outside of our statutory obligations. As such we recommend that you select items accordingly. If you are unsure about something, please email us and we will be pleased to assist you.

Warranty and Returns Policy
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind.  If you need to return an item in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please email us at sales@mynaturalbliss.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.

Any items must be returned to us in padded packaging to PO Box 33, Burnside SA 5066 with a note included inside the package detailing your name, address, contact details (email and/or phone number) and reason for return.

Returns can not be processed unless they meet the above requirements.
